Chispa es un servicio de software por suscripción que ayuda a negocios y a creadores de contenido a preparar, programar y publicar contenido en redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube y la ficha de Google), a responder comentarios y reseñas y a medir resultados, con ayuda de inteligencia artificial. La contratación se rige por los Términos de contratación.
Quien usa este sitio se compromete a hacerlo conforme a la ley, a la buena fe y a estas condiciones, y a no emplearlo para actividades ilícitas, para dañar el servicio o a terceros, ni para intentar acceder sin permiso a datos de otros usuarios. Solers puede suspender el acceso a quien lo incumpla.
El software, el diseño, la marca «Chispa», los textos y los elementos gráficos del sitio son de Solers o se usan con licencia. No se permite copiarlos, distribuirlos ni transformarlos sin autorización por escrito, salvo el uso normal del servicio contratado. Las fotografías de ejemplo proceden de Unsplash bajo su licencia. Los contenidos que crea o sube cada cliente son suyos (ver Términos).
Solers procura que el sitio funcione sin interrupciones y sin errores, pero no puede garantizarlo en todo momento: puede haber paradas por mantenimiento, por fallos de proveedores (alojamiento, redes sociales) o por causas ajenas. Los enlaces a sitios de terceros se ofrecen por comodidad; Solers no responde de sus contenidos. Lo que cada cliente publica en sus redes a través de Chispa es responsabilidad de ese cliente.

Se aplica la ley española. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales del domicilio del titular, salvo que el usuario sea consumidor, en cuyo caso serán competentes los de su domicilio.

Chispa is subscription software that helps businesses and content creators prepare, schedule and publish content on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile), reply to comments and reviews and measure results, with the help of artificial intelligence. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale.
Users must use the site lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with these conditions, and must not use it for unlawful activities, to harm the service or third parties, or to try to access other users' data without permission. Solers may suspend access for anyone who breaches them.
The software, design, the «Chispa» brand, texts and graphics belong to Solers or are used under licence. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without written permission, except for normal use of the contracted service. Sample photos come from Unsplash under its licence. Content created or uploaded by each customer belongs to that customer (see Terms).
Solers strives to keep the site running without interruptions or errors but cannot guarantee it at all times: there may be downtime due to maintenance, provider failures (hosting, social networks) or other causes. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; Solers is not responsible for their content. Whatever each customer publishes on their networks through Chispa is that customer's responsibility.

Spanish law applies. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the owner's registered address, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
